Javiers World started in around October 2007 by Javier Encarnacion. It started off being a general blog-powered site with downloads and images but now it is a portfolio. JW is currently in version four (v4).

You can buy a premade-layout or custom layout for at least $42 dollars using paypal. Athough custom layouts only cost a little more money than premade-layouts.
